This Is The Level That Dell Goes To As A Part Of Their Customer Service Ethos

A lot of creatives out there are unsure whether to stay with Apple or jump ship to another brand for their laptops. A huge plus side has always been the great customer support Apple provides.

Today, we're going to talk specifically about the aspect of service. It's great highlighting what other companies have to offer in order to see if there is something better. If you use your gear professionally, quality of service is also a big deciding factor if things go wrong.

Through my friend Colby Brown, I recently found out about Dell's unprecedented level of support that I think every creative needs to know about. I don't own a Dell myself but with future upgrades, their laptops are looking more and more promising.

I looked into how much Premium Support was by simply shopping for a Dell XPS laptop online. 4 years for $299 is a fantastic deal! They even come to your house if something can't be resolved online. It allowed me to pick the option at checkout.

They also have an Accidental Damage service plan on top of their support, that covers spills, drops, and surges. Basically, anything you do. That ranges from $59 for 1 year to $159 for 4 years.

Apparently, this service has been around for many years, yet I'm just now hearing about it. I figure many of you may be in the same boat. In case you are shopping for a new laptop, like the XPS 15, this is something worth knowing!

I think both of these service options are really great and makes working with your laptop less worrisome knowing you're covered in every way, with a quick solution to get you back up and running. No one likes even a half-day of downtime!

Thank you to Colby Brown for posting this find! You can follow his work on his website, Instagram, and Facebook

Also, if you're looking into getting the XPS 15, Colby has a really great review that you should check out that really warmed me up to it in the first place:
